  • Complex bouquet with citrus notes, garrigue aromas, and delicate hints of toasted brioche.

  • Deep and complex on the palate with clear minerality, elegant structure and a precise interplay of freshness and ripeness. Long, harmonious finish with a delicate salinity.

  • Parcel selection in the Aspres on schist and marble soils with an east-facing exposure. Very old vines (approx. 80 years old on average) ensure concentration, depth, and terroir-driven expression.
