This process means the cocoa mass is not conched, which creates the characteristic, slightly granular texture for which Modica chocolate is appreciated worldwide.

With a cocoa content of 50%, this chocolate offers an intense, clear cocoa flavor, harmoniously complemented by carefully selected Sicilian pistachios. The pistachios provide a delicate, natural nuttiness and a pleasant crunch that perfectly complements the rich depth of the dark chocolate.
