Antica Torroneria Piemontese's Tartufo al Pistacchio are an elegant interpretation of the classic Piedmontese truffle praline. Instead of the traditionally used hazelnuts, high-quality Sicilian pistachios are used here, giving this specialty its distinctive character.

Finely ground pistachios combine with delicately melting white chocolate to create an especially creamy texture and a harmoniously balanced flavor. The natural sweetness of the white chocolate accentuates the nutty, slightly salty notes of the pistachios, ensuring a well-rounded, refined taste experience.

Like all Tartufo specialties from Antica Torroneria Piemontese, these truffle pralines are also made with the utmost care and traditional expertise. The result is a fine confectionery specialty that perfectly combines indulgence, craftsmanship, and Italian elegance.
