Classic orecchiette from Apulian pasta tradition

The Orecchiette from Terre dei Trulli represent the authentic pasta culture of Apulia. The name means “little ears” and describes the characteristic shape of this traditional handmade pasta.

Made from high-quality durum wheat semolina and pure water, Orecchiette have a compact structure and a slightly rough surface that absorbs sauces particularly well. A classic product that combines simplicity, craftsmanship, and quality.

Serving Suggestions

Traditionally served with cime di rapa or combined with tomato sauces, vegetables, and olive oil. Also excellent for simple, Mediterranean pasta dishes with few, high-quality ingredients.
