Pastificio Ducato d’Amalfi's Linguine Pasta di Gragnano I.G.P. combine the traditional shape of a flat long pasta with the legendary quality of Gragnano, the pasta stronghold. Linguine are as long as spaghetti, but slightly flattened – a shape that holds sauces particularly well and elegantly highlights their flavors.

Originally from Liguria, linguine have established themselves throughout Italy and are now considered a classic for Mediterranean fish dishes and delicate tomato sauces. In Gragnano, they are made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water from the Monti Lattari.

The pasta dough is traditionally pressed through bronze dies, creating the characteristic rough, porous surface. This ensures that sauces adhere optimally. The subsequent slow drying over several days preserves flavor, structure, and al dente texture.
