Pastificio Ducato d’Amalfi's Pasta di Gragnano I.G.P. Rigatoni represents authentic Neapolitan pasta culture. Made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water from the Monti Lattari, this pasta meets all the criteria of the protected geographical indication Gragnano I.G.P.

The Rigatoni are pressed through traditional bronze dies, creating their characteristic rough, porous surface. This texture ensures that sauces adhere particularly well and can develop their full aroma. The pasta is then slowly and gently dried over several days to optimally preserve its flavor, texture, and nutrients.

A classic, high-quality pasta shape for anyone who wants to enjoy Italian cuisine in its most authentic form.

Serving Suggestions
