Pastificio Ducato d’Amalfi's Spaghetti Pasta di Gragnano I.G.P. is arguably the most famous pasta shape in the world and the epitome of Italian culinary culture. Few other pastas represent Made in Italy and culinary versatility as much as spaghetti.

Made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water from the Monti Lattari, these spaghetti meet all the strict requirements of the protected geographical indication Gragnano I.G.P. The dough is traditionally pressed through bronze dies, creating the characteristic rough and porous surface. This ensures that sauces adhere particularly well and can develop their full aroma.

The subsequent slow and gentle drying over several days gives the pasta its excellent cooking stability, a perfect al dente bite, and an intense, authentic taste. Each portion represents artisanal pasta tradition from Campania at the highest level.

An indispensable classic for all who want to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine.
