  Highly complex with notes of chamomile, dried flowers, smoke, ripe fruit, dates, and figs, accompanied by citrus and saline minerality.

  Powerful and deep with a silky texture, perfectly balanced acidity, and enormous length. Complex, elegant, and with pronounced character.

  Old vines (approx. 65 years old) in Sonsierra and Alto Najerilla on calcareous and iron-rich soils. Co-fermentation, followed by around 3 years of aging in oak barrels and long bottle maturation.
