Sicilian Nocellara Olives in Brine

The Olive Verdi Nocellara Intere in Salamoia from Frantoi Cutrera come from Sicily and are among the most well-known and popular olive varieties in Italy. The Nocellara olive is known for its firm flesh, its rich green color, and its distinctly fruity, slightly tart aroma.

After harvesting, the olives are traditionally preserved in brine. This classic method preserves their natural character, their pleasant bitterness, and their crisp texture. Artificial additives, colorings, or preservatives are deliberately avoided.

The result is authentic Sicilian table olives with an intense flavor – an integral part of Mediterranean antipasti culture.
