Egg Fettuccine with Lemon

La Campofilone's Fettuccine al Limone are made with authentic Sicilian lemon, resulting in a fresh, crisp citrus aroma. The lemon is subtly incorporated into the dough, lending the pasta fragrance and flavor without being overpowering. No artificial colors or preservatives are used.

Like all the company's pasta specialties, these fettuccine are made from durum wheat semolina grown in-house and fresh eggs from their own farm. The delicate processing ensures a silky texture and means the pasta is perfectly al dente in just 1–2 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Ideally served with butter, a little cream or olive oil. Also excellent with fish, seafood or delicate vegetable sauces that highlight the lemon aroma.
