Linguine with squid ink, traditionally made

La Campofilone's Linguine al Nero di Seppia are made with real squid ink and contain no added colorings or preservatives. The ink gives the pasta its characteristic dark color and a delicate maritime aroma that remains subtle and balanced.

Like all of the brand's pasta specialties, these linguine are also made from durum wheat semolina grown on their own farm and fresh eggs from their own hens. The result is an aromatic egg pasta with a silky texture that is perfectly al dente after just 1-2 minutes and binds sauces exceptionally well.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal with seafood, fish stews, or delicate sauces based on olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Also excellent with shrimp, mussels, or calamari.
