Traditional egg pasta with protected origin from Campofilone

La Campofilone's Maccheroncini di Campofilone IGP are among the most famous pasta specialties from the Marche region. They are characterized by their exceptionally fine pasta sheets and delicate cut, which makes this egg pasta particularly elegant.

The Maccheroncini are made from durum wheat semolina grown on their own farm and fresh eggs from their own hens. These high-quality ingredients ensure an intense, clear egg flavor and a silky texture. Thanks to the fine processing, the pasta is perfectly al dente after just 1–2 minutes and absorbs sauces wonderfully.

A traditional gourmet pasta that combines craftsmanship, origin, and quality.

Serving Suggestions

Serve classically with a mixed minced meat sauce. Also excellent for fine meat sauces, light vegetable sauces or elegant fish preparations.
