Egg Pappardelle for Rich Sauces

La Campofilone's Pappardelle all'uovo are the manufacturer's widest pasta format and are particularly well-suited for rich, aromatic sauces. Their broad, flat shape absorbs sauces exceptionally well, ensuring a balanced interplay between the pasta and its accompaniment.

Made from self-grown durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs from their own farm, the Pappardelle impress with an intense eggy flavour and a silky, yet firm texture. Thanks to the fine processing, the pasta is perfectly al dente after just 1–2 minutes.

A classic gourmet pasta for demanding and creative cuisine.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal with venison ragout, creamy mushroom sauces or Bolognese. Also excellently suited for hearty vegetable sauces or elegant preparations with meat and fish.
