La Campofilone's Penne Rigate all'uovo combine the classic penne shape with the aromatic depth of a high-quality egg pasta. Made from durum wheat semolina grown by the company itself and fresh eggs from their own hens, this pasta boasts a particularly clear egg flavor and balanced texture.

Thanks to their ridged surface, the penne absorb sauces exceptionally well. The delicate processing ensures that the pasta is al dente in just 1-2 minutes and perfectly maintains its shape.
