Tapenade made from black Tanche olives from Provence

Le Brin d’Olivier's Tapenade Variété Tanche is made exclusively from French Tanche olives in the French Provence. This traditional olive variety is known for its full-bodied, slightly sweet aroma and soft texture.

Following a classic Provençal recipe, the tapenade is refined with anchovies, capers, virgin olive oil, lemon juice, basil, herbs de Provence, and selected spices. The result is an intensely aromatic, harmoniously balanced tapenade with a deep Mediterranean character.

An authentic specialty of Southern French cuisine for discerning connoisseurs.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal as a spread on toasted baguette, with antipasti or tapas. Also excellent as an accompaniment to fish dishes, grilled vegetables, or for refining sauces and dressings.
