Single-varietal organic olive oil from the Monti Iblei

Frantoi Cutrera's Primo Double DOP BIO is a single-varietal extra virgin olive oil, obtained 100% from the indigenous Tonda Iblea olive. The olives come exclusively from the strictly protected cultivation area of the Monti Iblei DOP in southeastern Sicily. Additionally, this olive oil is organically certified.

The combination of protected origin and organic production stands for uncompromising quality. The olive oil has won multiple awards at international competitions and is considered one of Italy's top oils.

On the nose, it is intense and fresh, with aromas of cut grass, herbs, almonds, and artichokes. On the palate, the oil is medium fruity, elegantly structured, with a slight nuttiness and a delicate, lively pungency, which is typical for the Tonda Iblea.

A distinctive yet balanced premium olive oil for gourmet cuisine.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal with bruschetta, beef carpaccio, Insalata Caprese, as well as grilled meat and fish. Also excellent as a finishing touch for vegetable dishes or high-quality pasta.
