  • Deep cherry red with mature, brick-red reflections and impressive intensity.

  • Extremely complex with dark fruit, orange peel, licorice, spices and balsamic notes, complemented by tobacco, nuts and fine aged aromas.

  • Powerful yet silky, with great depth and structure. Warm, elegant, and with an enormously long, complex finish.

  • Very old vines (up to 70–90 years old) in Sonsierra and Alto Najerilla at high altitudes. Hand-picked, spontaneous fermentation, and about 3.5 years of aging in French oak barrels, followed by a long period of bottle aging.

Serving Suggestions

Perfect with Wagyu, beef, game, truffle dishes, or aged cheese. Ideal for special occasions and collectors.
