Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI "Argento" - 8 years matured

The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Argento from the traditional house Acetaia Malpighi stands for authentic balsamic vinegar art from Modena in its particularly balanced form. This high-quality balsamic vinegar matures for eight years in oak barrels, developing its characteristic harmony of sweetness, mild acidity, and delicate woody notes.

The Argento is produced exclusively from cooked grape must from the vineyards around Modena and homemade wine vinegar. During maturation, it gains depth, density, and aromatic clarity. On the palate, it is soft, round, and elegant, with fruity notes, subtle sweetness, and a pleasantly integrated acid structure.

The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Argento is a 100% natural product – free from caramel, colorants, or other additives. The protected geographical indication IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) guarantees origin, traditional recipe, and controlled quality from the Modena region.

A versatile premium balsamic vinegar that reliably impresses in both everyday cooking and fine dining.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal with fresh salads, Caprese with buffalo mozzarella, omelets, antipasti, and grilled vegetables. Also excellent with beef carpaccio or as a refined accent on mild cheese.
