Grilled Artichoke Hearts, traditionally produced

Ursini's grilled artichoke hearts represent Italian gourmet food at its finest. Only freshly harvested artichoke hearts are used, carefully selected, gently grilled, and then preserved in the best extra virgin olive oil from Abruzzo.

Finely balanced herbs – including fresh mint – enhance the natural, mild, nutty taste of the artichokes without overpowering it. A special quality feature: the artichoke hearts are free of thorns and spines and are characterized by their tender texture.

Thanks to immediate processing after harvesting, the artichoke hearts retain their fresh, plump shape and aromatic clarity even after preservation. Artificial additives are deliberately avoided.

Ideally suited as antipasti, in pasta dishes, salads, or as a high-quality accompaniment to meat and fish dishes – an authentic classic of Italian cuisine for discerning gourmets.
