Terre dell’Abbazia extra virgin olive oil is a high-quality cuvée from Ursini, made from a carefully hand-picked selection of traditional Abruzzese olive varieties. These include Gentile di Chieti, Cucco, Leccino, Olivastra, Crognalegno, and Dritta.

The olives come from small family farms around the municipality of Rocca San Giovanni in the province of Chieti and are harvested by hand between the first week of October and the last week of November. Immediately afterwards, the different varieties are milled together to create a harmonious and balanced olive oil.

The olive oil presents a light green color with yellow reflections. On the nose, it unfolds an elegant aroma profile with hints of ripe tomatoes and green banana. On the palate, it is lightly fruity, accompanied by subtle herbal notes. The deliberate absence of bitter or pungent nuances makes this oil particularly accessible and versatile.
