Ursini's Antipasto Misto Funghi combines a carefully selected blend of oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms, button mushrooms, and aromatic king oyster mushrooms. The fresh mushrooms are gently processed and preserved in the finest extra virgin olive oil from Abruzzo, along with finely balanced spices.

The high-quality selection of mushroom varieties and the balanced seasoning create an intense yet harmonious aroma with subtle depth. The natural texture of the mushrooms is preserved, ensuring a well-rounded taste experience.
