The Opera Mastra extra virgin olive oil is the personal favorite blend of Mastro Oleario Giuseppe Ursini and represents the highest craftsmanship of the Abruzzo olive oil tradition. This characterful cuvée is composed of four aromatic olive varieties from Abruzzo, with the Gentile di Chieti variety always making up at least 50% of the blend.

Depending on the vintage, harvest time, and desired aromatic profile, the cuvée is complemented by varieties such as Leccino, Crognalegno, and Peranzana. The precise composition deliberately varies to create a balanced yet expressive olive oil year after year.

On the nose, Opera Mastra is intense and fresh with aromas of green grass, green apple, and almond. On the palate, it presents itself as medium-fruity, slightly peppery, and finely structured, accompanied by elegant bay leaf notes.
