The Taggiasca olives from Frantoio Sant’Agata d’Oneglia come from Liguria, more precisely from the region around Imperia, the home of this renowned olive variety. The small Taggiasca olives are known for their high oil content, their mild fruitiness and their particularly balanced taste.

After harvesting, the olives are first traditionally brined, then pitted, and finally preserved in the finest extra virgin olive oil. A delicate addition of herbs harmoniously rounds off the aroma profile and emphasizes the Mediterranean character of this specialty.
