Ursini's native extra virgin olive oil with peperoncini (piccante) is based on high-quality extra virgin olive oil and freshly harvested peperoncini (chillies) from Abruzzo. Olives and chillies are ground together in the oil mill, so that the aroma, natural spiciness and characteristic red colour are directly transferred into the oil.

This traditional production method creates a mildly spicy olive oil with a clear chilli aroma. The scent and taste are intensely reminiscent of fresh peperoncini, yet remain balanced and not overpowering. The oil adds a pleasant spiciness to dishes without masking other flavours.
