Italian Acacia Honey from Piedmont

Miele Italiano di Acacia by Apicoltura Brezzo comes from the fragrant acacia forests of the Roero region in Piedmont and is one of Italy's most popular honey varieties. Carefully harvested by experienced beekeepers, this honey preserves the delicate elegance and purity of the northern Italian landscape.

Typical of acacia honey are its very light, clear color and its fluid, almost silky texture. It impresses with an exceptionally mild, balanced sweetness without dominant acidic notes, making it ideal for anyone who prefers a subtle, natural honey with delicate aromas.

A natural honey of the highest quality, which can be used in many ways, both on its own and in gourmet cuisine – a classic of Italian beekeeping culture.
