Ciomod's Cioccolato Mandorla is an authentic specialty from Modica, made according to the centuries-old Sicilian chocolate tradition. Characteristic of this production method is the gentle cold processing, in which the cocoa is not conched. This preserves the typical, slightly grainy texture that makes Modica chocolate unique worldwide.

With a cocoa content of at least 50%, this chocolate impresses with its intense, honest cocoa flavor. Carefully selected almonds provide a pleasant crunch and complement the dark chocolate with a delicate, nutty note.
