Sicilian Tuna & Caper Tomato Sauce

Frantoi Cutrera's Sugo al Tonno con Capperi is made according to a classic Sicilian recipe. The basis for this sauce is sun-ripened tomatoes, tender tuna, and aromatic capers, refined with the finest extra virgin olive oil.

Gentle processing at low temperatures preserves the natural aromas of the ingredients and ensures a harmonious balance between fruity tomato, maritime spice, and fine saltiness. Naturally, no preservatives, colorings, or artificial additives are used.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal with spaghetti, linguine, or rigatoni. Before serving, drizzle with a little olive oil or garnish with fresh herbs.
