  • Straw yellow with medium intensity and brilliant clarity.

  • Complex, with notes of hay, fine creaminess and pastry, complemented by subtle citrus nuances.

  • Full-bodied and structured with vibrant acidity, creamy texture, and a long, harmonious finish.

  • Old vines (1915–1974) in Alto Najerilla at an altitude of around 600 m. Hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and aging for about a year in large oak barrels and on the fine lees.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal with fish, seafood, poultry, or creamy pasta dishes. Also excellent with upscale Mediterranean cuisine.
