The base is a high-quality Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI, made from selected Trebbiano Modenese grapes, whose must matures for several years in oak barrels, developing a creamy texture and a finely balanced sweet and sour aroma profile.

This balsamic vinegar is refined by adding pure pomegranate juice from fruits grown on the family estate Tenuta del Cigno near Modena. The result is a deep dark color, an intensely fruity aroma, and a harmonious taste, in which the natural freshness of the pomegranate perfectly merges with the elegant acidity and sweetness of the balsamic vinegar.
