Acetaia Malpighi's Prelibato Riserva is an exceptional white balsamic vinegar, made from the finest Trebbiano Modenese grapes from the family's own vineyards. The grape must matures for at least eight years in small ash wood barrels, a particularly rare aging method for white balsamic, which gives the product its depth, elegance, and characteristic, enveloping flavor.

The long aging period results in a balsamic with very mild acidity, a silky texture, and a harmonious, delicately fruity aroma. The entirely natural production – without caramel, dyes, or additives – makes the Prelibato Riserva one of Italy's most refined white balsamics.
